I have been involved in Real Estate for 18 years and have a passion for the industry, whether it is investments, traditional Real Estate, or Loss Mitigation. I have completed hundreds of transactions including flips, novation’s, seller financing, subto, and wraps. In 2009 he was offered a position as Director of Acquisitions and Sales for one of the largest privately held Real Estate hedge funds. There, I managed 40+ agents and admin staff and helped purchase and sell 5000+ homes and small multi-family in 4 years across the country. My team and I are well-versed in all aspects of Real Estate and enjoy helping others learn the business. I have enjoyed being in the Subto community since May of 2020.
